Over the past few months, he’s trained me to use Artificial Intelligence tools with confidence, and that’s something I never thought I’d say.

Whether it’s helping me understand how AI can support my work, walking me through software step-by-step, or troubleshooting a stubborn issue, Peter always brings calm, clarity, and care to the process. He doesn’t just know computers — he knows how to make them make sense to people like me.
